The workshop on RHIC-STAR full TOF detector and related physics will be held in Hangzhou, China on April 27-29, 2009. With the successful runs of TOF prototypes in STAR for the past several years, a full barrel TOF is expected to be installed before Autumn 2009and begin to take data next year. This project are joint support by CN-NSFC, CAS, MOST and US-DOE. Together with other sub-detectors in STAR the full TOF will greatly enhance the reach of the STAR scientific programme significantly by extending the particle identification (PID) capability. The Workshop aims at advancing our goal of the full TOF as well as the research, development and physics results achieved by the TOF prototypes. The conference are organized by Prof. Y. G. Ma, Prof. X. Z. Cai from SINAP, Prof. Huan-zhong Huang from UCLA and Nu Xu from LBL. No registration fee is need, but accommodation and traveling fee at your own expense.
